No response on any platforms about it when I contacted them ordered may 6th it’s may 27th
I was very surprised by the weight! I've never picked up a grinder this hefty before. It's heavy duty.
I received my grinder in a mail envelope, box inside was not secure, grinder was in pieces when opening package, and all 3 parts had been banging against each other for how many miles. All 3 parts are marked. Good weight to it, but how hard would it be to put a piece of tape on the box before mailing? Come on, guys. For this kind of price, you can tape a box, seriously.
Darn fine grinder!
I've had this for a few weeks, and it's been used very very often. The weight is beautiful. The grind is like silk. The herb comes out nice, just the way you want it. Highly recommend. Will pass it on to my kids when I'm gone. Family heirloom quality. I'll check back in 10 years. Let you know how it went.
